The Simple 3 Step System To Time Management needs to come into place.
I am sure you have all heard of the wash, rinse and dry!
This basically means you need to incorporate more structure into your daily duties.
Make a list before you go to bed, with all of the tasks that you need to achieve the following day. This really for even myself is the easiest way to be clear on want needs to be done. You need to remember that when you are writing this list or rota, you must be realistic and prioritize. As they say that Rome wasn't built in a day!
How is your motivation in the morning?
Do you struggle to find the drive to get started?
This is what I like to call “brain fog”…
So how can we over come this?
Personally I find that going out of a walk to clear the fog is a fantastic way to get them juices flowing. You will come home feeling fresh and depending on the chosen route you took, will help to provide you with the inspiration needed to get your list completed and maybe time to get a few extra things done.
This this is the best step of all. You have the rest of the day or evening to do as you wish, depending on how long your list took to complete and if you where realistic in creating it as I suggested in step 1. I feel that choosing 1 day of the week to do something for you is really important. Going for a swim is a great way to unwind!
